Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- Ships Fast (US) items: 2–7 business days after processing.
- All other items: 7–20 business days after processing.
Orders with items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
Holiday order deadlines
- Halloween: order Ships Fast (US) items by October 24.
- Christmas: order standard items by December 1 and Ships Fast (US) items by December 15.
These are our best estimates. Carrier delays during peak season are outside our control.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email james.mir.usa@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
