When will my order arrive?
Ships Fast (US) items arrive in about 2–7 business days after processing. Other items take 7–20 business days. See Shipping & Holiday Deadlines.
Will it arrive before the holiday?
Order Halloween items by October 24. For Christmas, order standard items by December 1 and Ships Fast (US) items by December 15.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of ordering if it hasn't been processed yet. Email us your order number right away.
What's your return policy?
Request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. You can choose 100% store credit, or a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Some items are final sale. See Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email photos of the item, box and label within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it, credit you, or refund it.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter it at checkout. Current codes are shown in the banner at the top of the site.
